Feeling a bit under the weather

Today, I started with Smith machine squats. I tried 50kg, then 60kg, and finally 55kg, but 55kg was about the absolute limit for me to squat down until my thighs were parallel to the floor. Maybe because I wasn’t feeling my best, I almost blacked out once or twice. Because of that, I limited each set to about three reps.

After that, I did three sets of free-weight bench presses with a light 50kg load and high reps (around 20 reps per set), and my stuffy nose cleared up. According to AI, this was because my sympathetic nervous system was activated, causing norepinephrine to be secreted, which constricted the blood vessels in my nasal passages and reduced the swelling of the mucous membranes.

After that, I did my usual lat pulldowns, also using a light weight of 60 kg for about 20 reps, for 2 sets.
