Spring Leg Workout

It’s been six days since my last gym session. Just like last time, I started with leg training. I warmed up with leg extensions before moving on to Smith machine squats. I started with 30 kg for 3 reps and ended up doing 2 reps at 55 kg. Maintaining a parallel stance, 55 kg was my limit for today.

Since it’s already spring, I opened the window a little and cranked the fan up while I worked out. The breeze and sunlight felt great. This is the perfect time of year for the gym.
