Evening Workout Fatigue

On this day, I did leg extensions, Smith machine squats, bench presses, dumbbell curls, dumbbell shoulder presses, dumbbell side raises, and lat pulldowns.

Maybe because I worked out in the evening, I couldn’t stop yawning during the second half of the workout.

I guess it really is better to do strength training in the morning.

Perhaps because I didn’t push myself hard enough, I didn’t get any muscle soreness.
