Have fun and give it your all

I realized that I can’t do many bench presses when I have sore muscles. That might be obvious.

I found myself worrying about the time again today.

By the time I finished the second set, I thought, “I have to move on to the next exercise,” and just wrapped it up.

It’s not good to stop before I’ve completely exhausted the muscles in that area.

Thoughts like “I'm hungry” or “I'm a little sleepy” don't last long.

It’s wonderful just to be able to keep it up for a long time.
