Stay healthy forever

Just chest, arms, and shoulders again today. I wanted to do 5 sets of 5 reps at 67.5 kg on the bench press, but 3 sets was my limit, so the remaining 2 sets ended up being 5 reps at 65 kg.

I think it started about two weeks ago, but my right shoulder has been aching slightly, and it’s bothering me a bit. Maybe I strained it during my last max test...

Unusually, there was someone else there with a trainer, and they were lamenting to the trainer, “Is it really possible for my stamina to drop this much just from getting older, even though I haven’t had any major illnesses?”

I know I’ll end up like that someday too, but I want to stay healthy for as long as possible.
