Don't just sit there

I wasn't feeling great today because of a headache that seemed to be caused by poor circulation, so I didn't keep a training log and kept my workout short at 45 minutes. I know I should do some stretching, but it's such a hassle.

For the bench press, I was trying to gradually increase the weight in sets of three reps. I thought that doing high reps would lead to poor blood circulation, so I opted for low reps.
